Dopo aver ottenuto il record di festival che ha venduto ticket più velocemente nel 2012, le aspettative per Eastern Electrics Festival 2013 sono ancora più grandi.

 

Quest’estate si sposterà nel leggendario Knebworth Park, a soli 20 minuti dal centro di Londra. Immerso in un ricco patrimonio musicale, Knebworth Park ha messo in scena concerti del calibro di Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Queen, Oasis e Red Hot Cilli Peppers. Qui nella campagna dell’ Hertforshire, Eastern Electrics ha trovato la sua dimora per lanciare i suoi epici party.

 

Tre giorni e due notti per ascoltare e ballare con più di 100 artisti, tra i migliori nel mondo e tra i più ricercati talenti nascenti della musica elettronica; il festival si estenderà in una metropoli di arene, presentate da più di quindici underground elite promoters da tutto il Regno Unito e Europa, per 44 ore di avventura musicale.

 

Tra i primi nomi rivelati: il boss Visionquest Seth Troxler, Magda, Chris Liebing, Ellen Allien, Michael Meyer, Guy Gerber. 

 

Ulteriori conferme arrivano da Claude VonStroke, Justin Martin, Eats Everything, Joy Orbison, Pan-Pot, Cassy, Catz’N’Dogz, Damian Lazarus, Anja Schneider e la Detroit legend Theo Parrish.

After becoming the fastest selling electronic music festival in 2012, Eastern Electrics Festival 2013 goes bigger, later, longer and louder than ever before.

 

Breaking the mould, this summer EE will move to the legendary Knebworth Park, just 20 minutes from central London. Steeped in a rich musical heritage, Knebworth Park has staged infamous concerts from the likes of The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Queen, Oasis and the Red Hot Chilli Peppers. Here, in the rolling Hertforshire countryside, Eastern Electrics has found the perfect home to throw their most epic party to date.

 

Extending to three days and two full nights, EE2013 will see over 100 of the finest global artists and sought after rising talents in electronic music, spanning a metropolis of arenas, hosted by more than fifteen underground elite promoters from across the UK and Europe. Running from 2pm to 6am on Friday and Saturday, and 2pm to 10pm on Sunday to offer an epic 44 hours of musical adventure!

 

Amongst the first names to be revealed are Visionquest head honcho Seth Troxler, recently voted no. 1 DJ in 2012 by Resident Advisor, mistress of minimal Magda, techno heavyweights Chris Liebing, Ellen Allien and Michael Mayer. Following the release of his highly acclaimed Fabric 64 mix, Guy Gerber is also set to join proceedings.

 

Further sets are confirmed fromDirtybirdʼs Claude VonStroke and Justin Martin, plus Eats Everything, Joy Orbison, Pan-Pot, Cassy, Catz N Dogz, Damian Lazarus, Anja Schneider and Detroit legend Theo Parrish.

 

Some of the hottest rising stars for 2013 will also be joining us with Mexican production duo Climbers, LA DJ collective Droog, deep house deviants Âme, Berlinʼs Dixon, Levon Vincent, Richy Ahmed, Subb-an and DJ Tennis following his distinguished set at last yearʼs Sonar.

 

More artists, including some of the biggest headline acts, will be announced between now and Easter.
